Earthquake puts adoption on hold

Tuesday, July 1, 2008

Great story from CNN about Rick and Michele, an American couple adopting a girl from Chengdu, near the center of the May 2008 massive earthquake.
"It's hard to have faith with everything that's gone on," said Michele. "I just hope we can see her soon."
If you are reading this and can relate with Michele I pray that you have faith, the kind of faith that can move mountains. Frankly I don't know how well I would hold up under that challenge. Would you pray that Sheri and I would have faith despite the trials we will face?

Matthew 17:20 if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.
